Reflections from a Guest about a Sunday Service

Unitarian Universalist

When she spoke of the need for all religions, I thought of
UU as a faceted jewel. We are allowed access to all the
knowledge of the different paths we cross. Each path shines
light on a different facet, making the whole jewel sparkle.

Maybe the inside is left empty intentionally, so that the
heart of our religion is mystery. So that there is room for
each of us to find our own path. The outside is the
community, and this is the meaning of the church. Community,
support and acceptance. The faith that binds us is the
belief in the capacity of each individual to forge an honest
and personal quest for truth and meaning.

Wanda P. -- Glad to be getting the right idea.

Wow -- Speak to inform and not to manipulate.
