Teamwork!

We're a volunteer organization and I think by definition we are therefore a loosely coupled organization. We try to get good mileage with all our options I think it's the hallmark of a loosely coupled organization.

So free flow of information for self directed and multi level communicating collaborative teams is a good thing.   especially when more than a few are wearing more than one hat ...

A very good idea is to share the hats ...

Blessed are the hat wearers because they get stuff done.
