High Winds Really Cold The Road Drivable

Packed powder on half of driveway to Sugarloaf and clear on other half.  Snow is dry due to cold.  Trees sway in the wind.  Able to drive up road with no problem.  Walk on dry crunchy snow.

On route 118 the road is slick driving down near Black Rock Road need to drive slow. Otherwise the road is ok.   Montgomery County Maryland has wind advisory and snow emergency in effect.

For today:  High Wind Warning until 2 pm.  Wind Chill Warning until 6 pm.
